Jacques Nasser AC was appointed to the Fox Corporation Board of Directors in January 2019. He served as an Advisor to the private equity firm One Equity Partners LLP from 2013 to March 2019, after having served as a Non-Executive Advisory Partner from 2010 to 2013 and a Senior Partner from 2002 to 2010. Mr. Nasser previously served as a Director of BHP Billiton Limited and BHP Billiton Plc from 2006 to September 2017 and the Chairman of each from 2010 to September 2017. He has been a Director of Koç Holding A.Ş. since 2015. Mr. Nasser served on the International Advisory Board of Allianz from 2001 to 2017 and served as a Director of Sky plc from 2002 to 2012.

Mr. Nasser served as a member of the Board of Directors and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company from 1998 to 2001; during his career at Ford that spanned over 30 years, he held various leadership positions across Europe, Australia, Asia, South America and the United States. Mr. Nasser served on the 21st Century Fox Board of Directors from 2013 until the closing of the merger of 21st Century Fox and The Walt Disney Company in March 2019. He has more than three decades of experience in large-scale global businesses and a decade of private equity investment and operating expertise.
