Rob Wade serves as Chief Executive Officer of FOX Entertainment, overseeing one of the world’s most recognizable media brands and a leading creator of multi-genre content across broadcast, streaming and global platforms.
Appointed CEO in 2022, Wade has built FOX Entertainment’s modern structure around three core business units: the FOX Television Network — home to hits such as The Simpsons, Hell’s Kitchen, Doc and The Floor — including its linear platform and streaming partnerships with Hulu and FOX One; FOX Entertainment Studios, encompassing the in-house scripted and unscripted studios behind series such as Best Medicine, The Faithful, The Masked Singer, Extracted and Animal Control, as well as Studio Ramsay Global in partnership with Gordon Ramsay (Next Level Chef, Kitchen Nightmares), Bento Box Entertainment (Hazbin Hotel, Krapopolis), TMZ and the independent film label Tideline; and FOX Entertainment Global, the company’s worldwide content sales and distribution arm.
Wade is also steering FOX Entertainment’s evolution as a next-generation studio, expanding its digital storytelling and creator-driven content while embracing emerging technologies and AI and new formats such as the exploding $8B global vertical video marketplace.
Previously, he served as President of Alternative Entertainment and Specials, overseeing FOX’s unscripted slate — including The Masked Singer, LEGO Masters, Next Level Chef, MasterChef and Hell’s Kitchen. Before joining FOX in 2017, Wade was showrunner of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, Head of Entertainment Development at BBC Worldwide, and an executive producer on The X Factor and America’s Got Talent.
