Fox Corporation and Cox Communications Announce Long-Term Renewal Agreement

Los Angeles, CA and Atlanta, GA – October 4, 2019 – Fox Corporation (Nasdaq: FOXA, FOX) (“FOX”) and Cox Communications today announced a long-term renewal of their distribution agreement for FOX’s portfolio of channels, including retransmission consent for the FOX Television Stations.
