Argenti brings more than a decade of expertise in international television distribution to her new role at FEG. Most recently, she was in technology at Salesforce, levering Artificial Intelligence and data to support broadcasters and advertisers through their digital transformation with clients that included the BBC, ITV and Channel 4. She was previously at TCB Media Rights in London, where she quickly moved up the ranks from Sales Manager to Senior Sales Manager to Head of Sales following their merger with Beyond Rights. During this time, she was responsible for forging key partnerships and securing co-productions and pre-sales across the United States, U.K. and France. Prior to that, she was a scripted and digital sales executive at BBC Studios.
Widely regarded as a leading format expert, Wogue most recently has been consulting as an International Format Strategist for FOX’s in-house unscripted studio FOX Alternative Entertainment (FAE), working on the studio’s International Unscripted Format Fund and helping develop such formats as BEAT MY MINI-MES (France/TF1), MARRIAGE MARKET (Germany/ProSieben), CELEBRITY MASTERPEICE (Thailand/Workpoint) and THE BIG DEAL (Ireland/Virgin Media Television). She brings to FEG a wide-range of experience, including being a former journalist at TF1, independent producer, Head of Development at Fremantle France, Global Vice President of Formats at IMG Entertainment, Chief International Officer at Endemol France and President of the joint venture between Endemol and Mark Burnett Productions, where she helped launch and create formats that are still successfully aired around the world. She also oversaw the MIPFormats program with RX Global/Reed Midem, during which she has also served as a judge in prestigious competitions including the Emmy Awards, Rose d’Or Awards and C21 Awards.
Likely joins FEG from Paramount, where she served for the past three years as Director, Content Acquisitions, charged with acquiring programming for 15 Paramount-owned platforms and channels. Prior to that, she spent nearly nine years at Miramax Films, first in a worldwide sales strategy role, creating and tracking to long-term planning projections across all lines of business and eventually transitioned to a direct sales role for the U.S. and Canada while overseeing Latin American sales. While at Miramax, she also focused on developing emerging lines of business and co-creating unique hybrid models for those deals.
Later this month at London Screenings, FEG is set to highlight new programming spanning unscripted, formats and adult animation, including the hit music guessing series WE ARE FAMILY, celebrity competition format BEAT MY MINI-MES and recently launched animated comedy GRIMSBURG.
