Fox Corporation to Offer Free Access to National and Local News to All Viewers

FOX News and FOX Television Stations to Provide Unlimited Access to Facilitate Public Availability of Latest COVID-19 Information

New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA – March 18, 2020 – Fox Corporation (Nasdaq: FOXA, FOX) today announced that it is offering unlimited access to FOX News Channel and FOX Television Stations to ensure that every person in America can access the latest national and local news regarding Coronavirus. By partnering with our pay-TV partners, FOX will make FOX News Channel and the FOX Television Stations available to all of their customers, regardless of their specific package, at no additional fee. FOX will also leverage its own distribution platforms to free stream FOX News Channel and the FOX Television Stations across an array of streaming options. As the result of these actions, the Company’s news sources will be available widely to provide breaking news about the evolving public health crisis, ensuring access by all Americans to the latest information.

FOX News will be available for free on FOXNews.com, the FOX News app, FOX.com, and the FOX NOW app. FOX’s 29 owned and operated television stations will be available for free on FOX.com and the FOX NOW app.
