New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA – November 21, 2023 – David Espinosa, President of Distribution at Fox Corporation (Nasdaq: FOXA, FOX), today announced that Rachel Berk has been appointed to the newly created role of Senior Vice President of Distribution, Platform Partnerships. Berk reports to BJ Elias, Executive Vice President of Distribution, Advanced Services.
In her role, Berk leads the Platform Distribution team that manages device platform partnerships for all FOX brands, including its leading AVOD service Tubi, across Connected TV (CTV), mobile, and emerging form factors. She is responsible for the domestic and international distribution of CTV products from FOX brands, including Tubi, FOX Sports, FOX LOCAL, FOX News and FOX Nation, across device platforms such as Amazon, Roku and Samsung.

Before joining FOX, Berk served seven years at Google in increasingly senior roles and was most recently their Head of Media Deals and Commercial Programs for Android. In this position, she led the Deals Team responsible for negotiating platform distribution agreements with media partners. Prior to that position, she worked in business development where she led top partner direct-to-consumer launches on Android and provided leadership on product strategy for Google TV.
Prior to Google, Rachel spent ten years working in film production and development at MGM, Illumination Entertainment and film financier Night & Day Pictures.
